The role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Advisor Experience squad to ensure Seccl has the best and most trusted adviser proposition in the market. With our APIs at our core, we're evolving to offer best-in-class digital experiences. The UK Advisor market is worth over 1.2bn therefore this user segment is a huge opportunity for the future growth of Seccl.
You'll lead initiatives to take our Professional and Investor UIs to the next level - an innovative, intuitive and user-friendly interface to transform the advice and investment space. In this role, you'll work closely with our top clients to build best-in-class experiences by removing friction and anticipating needs, enabling Advisors to focus more on building relationships and less on the tech.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather user feedback through various methods to understand customer needs and pain points.

Working closely with the Group Product Manager and our clients to shape the product vision and strategy for the Advisor segment.
Maintain a clear, prioritised roadmap that addresses pain points and drives business outcomes, delivering value for our clients and against company objectives.
Collaborating as a squad with engineers and other stakeholders to build valuable features and
Translating product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritising and managing the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder needs while maximising value for customers.
Partnering with the Group Product Manager, stakeholders, and clients across to
Engaging directly with users to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure the product delivers real value.
Using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform evidence-based decisions.
Supporting the growth of junior product managers through mentorship.
Extensive product experience - across both UX products and back-end products.
Strong background working with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive and high-performing interfaces.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support data-driven decision-making

Interview process

Interviewing is a two-way thing, and we want you to have the time and opportunity to get to know us, as much as we are getting to know you. Our interviews are conversational, so come with questions and be curious. In general, you can expect the interview process to look a bit like this:
First stage - 45 mins competencies-based interview with the hiring manager + team member
Second stage - one-hour technical focused interview, we will share a case study task in advance for you to present back to us on
Final stage - 45 mins cross-functional & culture-based interview
