Your new role

We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial and impact-focused product leader to drive customer acquisition. You will be responsible for accelerating organic growth through experimentation and optimisations. Moreover, you will support growth marketing with tools and automation that improve the performance and efficiency of paid campaigns across channels. The ambition is a market leading martech stack that powers the next phase of growth for the company.

The Role

You will:

  • Create and execute on customer acquisition strategies to expand our customer base. Unlock the power of growth marketing through ad-tech and innovate on our organic channels including seo, web, referrals and new viral loops.
  • Set clear goals and track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing, engineering, design, data and user research to identify and validate new growth opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively. You get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.
  • Create delightful experiences that solve user needs and pain points. You are a champion for our customers.
  • Use a data-driven approach to analyse and optimise the growth system.
  • Lead planning process and associated roadmap prioritisation ensuring alignment within the team and with wider business goals and objectives. Work with cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and as planned.
  • Collaborate with growth marketing to identify and evaluate emerging martech tools and solutions to enhance the performance and efficiency of paid channels. Use your knowledge of the broader advertising ecosystem to future proof our tech stack, ensuring we are one step ahead of the changing landscape
  • Explore new channels and loops that accelerate organic growth.
  • Manage and maintain our 3rd party tooling partnerships.

The Interview Process:

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:
  • Recruiter Call (30 mins) - Once you apply, one of our Recruiters will reach out to you for an introductory conversation.
  • Initial Chat (45 mins) - This will be an introductory conversation with our Director of Growth Marketing. This will be an informal chat to get to know you more, explain the role and delve deeper into your Martech/Adtech experience.
  • Product Loop (2 hours) - This stage consists of 2 separate interviews that usually happen across 1-2 days. This will be made up of 1 X Project Walkthrough and a Leadership Interview. If you get through to this stage, your Recruiter will have a 20-minute chat with you beforehand to help you get ready and prepare for this stage.

This role can be based in our London office, but we\'re open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London).
