About The RoleOur Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Employee Enablement Tribe, responsible for the delivery and management of solutions to enterprise-wide technical problems, and project managing these initiatives through to successful execution!This will include the process of product discovery and engaging with stakeholders to understand any complex processes which are vital for the business to operate, for example, in billing optimisation and customer relationship management (CRM).You will be encouraged to formulate delivery roadmaps, breaking them down into phased objectives, lead dependencies across projects, and implement a roadmap in collaboration with cross functional teams.You will need to define and track key performance indicators (KPI's), and measure success of the products that you deliver, and use these insights to prioritise and deliver improvements and customer value.Who are the Employee Enablement Tribe?The employee enablement tribe are responsible for all of the tooling and services that Skyscanner employees use in order to perform their roles! We are actively looking for ways in which we can improve employee productivity by using technological solutions, and our overarching mission is to drive a happier end user experience for all of our employees.Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of large-scale enterprise-wide projects which will include, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and identifying vital resources.
  • Co-ordinate across teams, manage resources and resolve dependencies to achieve successful delivery of customer value.
  • Work closely with stakeholders on projects and initiatives to identify the biggest gaps and process improvements which we can make to improve internal Employee Experience and productivity.
  • Owning the prioritisation of needs across multiple stakeholder groups and can make the correct trade-offs as needed.
  • Lead the execution of the product roadmap in line with the Employee Enablement strategy to deliver productivity improvements using both purchased and built tooling.
  • Be the accountable party for quality assurance, ensuring that projects and delivery meet quality standards and expectations.
  • Establish squad goals, metrics, and quarterly delivery targets and communicate those across the business - while providing clarity and securing buy in from stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a smooth and optimal delivery for multiple squads, by co-ordinating workstreams and dependencies across all crucial teams to deliver end-to-end value.
  • Develop hypotheses, run product experiments, and analyse data to form proven findings on how to iteratively increase value and impact. Contribute to a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on complex projects, to ensure success of initiatives involving, finance, commercial, people, workplace, design, engineering teams amongst others.
  • Lead by example, and wear any hat needed to effectively advance the team towards achieving its goals.
Key Skills:
  • Program management experience for a large, fast-paced software company.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Experimentation understanding and how to run product led experiments to prove hypotheses.
  • Experience in launching internal AI initiatives at a company-wide level.
  • An understanding of enterprise and technical architecture.
  • Able to make hard tradeoffs and decisions by using data driven techniques (for example A/B testing, User Testing, Metric Definition, and setting KPI's).
  • Proven track record of delivering key project milestones and linking these back to customer value.
Following extensive surveys and workshops around our teams needs and preferences, we've returned to our offices in a hybrid working pattern: typically that looks like two days in the office, flexible to an individual's need.
