Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Food On Demand (6-Month Fixed Term)

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract and help shape the future of rapid food delivery across our digital platforms.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager for Food On Demand, you'll lead the vision and strategy for our Food OnDemand services, ensuring customers can access what they need, when they need it-and manage the outcome driven relationships with our partners. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to grow the customer base, improve convenience, align with wider business vision and enhance reliability across our OnDemand offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for digital On Demand, aligning with broader business and customer experience goals.
• Champion best-in-class product practices, including discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and commercial to deliver impactful digital experiences.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Use data and customer insights to inform prioritization and continuously improve product performance.
• Lead product discovery efforts to identify new opportunities and validate ideas through user research and testing.
• Ensure delivery teams are empowered and focused, removing blockers and enabling high performance.
• Stay informed on digital trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to keep our experiences ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience leading digital product development in fast-paced, customer-facing environments, ideally in rapid delivery, e-commerce, or on-demand services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
• Technical fluency-comfortable working with engineers and understanding platform capabilities and constraints.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences.
