Are you interested to play a key role in how we engage and convert the audiences coming to our global website LEGO.com?

We are looking for an extraordinary and experienced senior digital product manager to lead two platform product teams that builds robust tools for our internal developers and ensure that our teams can contribute to LEGO.com in a way that is fast and best in class.

Core Responsibilities

Work closely with internal product teams to understand their needs and vision and build scalable tools and systems to support their journey.

Collaborate with team members as the Global eCommerce and other partners to define the vision for our platform strategy.

Drive a culture that champions curiosity and desire to improve, creating seamless and efficient development processes.

Develop a deep understanding of our website\'s performance and scalability requirements, proactively identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks or limitations.

With the product team, develop an adventurous and clear product vision and communicate it to key business partners and the team, so they\xe2\x80\x99re aligned, and invested in the strategic direction.

Define, monitor, and report the product teams\xe2\x80\x99 quarterly performance, in line with our portfolio strategic OKR\'s.

Be continuously curious about new platform technologies that ensures efficiency for the website.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, demonstrating that knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Understand the needs and long-term strategy of the business and be able to translate these into how it affects the product, OKRs and long-term vision.

Deeply understand the need of internal teams, supporting their efforts in creating a seamless experience for our shoppers.

Your responsibilities will include improving site performance, creating standardisation across applications infrastructure, driving adoption of streamlining ways of working to drive developer efficiency and using the latest security protocols to create a seamless great experience for all product teams that are publishing on LEGO.com.

Do you have what it takes?

Proven Experience as a Product Manager

Problem-Solving mindset

Ability to explain technical and complex subjects with simplicity

A phenomenal communicator and ability to clearly articulate the problem, collecting requirements and communicating proposed solutions

Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design and business to create an aligned product vision

Storytelling and evangelism

Technically curious, with user empathy preferred but not crucial

Skilled at working optimally with cross functional teams in a matrixed organisation * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
