About the role




This role will lead the Member Experience & Lending Operations portfolio, setting strategic direction, aligning priorities with Creditspring's vision, and delivering a seamless, compliant, and valuable product experiences. You will drive engagement, retention, and feature adoption while improving operational efficiency. As this role reports into our CPO, you will act as a senior leader influencing company-wide strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities



Define and own the strategic roadmap for the member experience and lending operations portfolio. Manage the full product portfolio to maximise member engagement, adoption, and lifetime value. Make strategic trade-off decisions across initiatives to deliver the greatest impact. Drive operational improvements that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and member outcomes. Lead and mentor product managers, building capability and fostering career growth. Continuously refine team processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality. Ensure effective use of data and insights to guide priorities, uncover opportunities, and build investment cases. Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation to maintain alignment and prevent delivery risks. Represent your team's work at senior leadership level, securing buy-in and visibility for key initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed



Significant experience in senior product leadership roles, ideally in fintech, lending, or regulated industries. Experience building and managing high performing teams with a passion for the impact that effective people leadership has. Proven ability to set and execute strategic priorities that align with company vision. Track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product portfolios. Strong understanding of compliance-sensitive product development and regulated customer journeys. Experience in driving operational improvements that balance user experience, risk, and efficiency.
