We are looking for a proactive and motivated teammate to join our newly-formed Sales Channels and Retention product team within the Commercials global product group. This team integrates all aspects of Kraken that facilitate customer acquisition for our clients, including Customer Enrolment, Referrals and Rewards, Affiliate Tracking, and more.



As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be accountable for the strategy of the team as a whole and responsible for multiple products in the Sales Channels space. To be successful you'll definitely need to be a self-starter: someone who sees a problem and can't help but want to fix it! You'll be well organised, working methodically and clearly to ensure problems go from inception to solution.

What you'll do



Being accountable for a new product team that brings together existing solutions with the aim to orchestrate them holistically while also thinking of future opportunities.

Leading and influencing:

together with the team Tech Lead, you'll need to create a strong sense of purpose and mission for the development team, aligning the products vision to the overall group strategy and advocating for the product in the organisation

Problem solving:

you'll be dealing with ambiguity and will need to address issues by analysing diverse sources of information with a structured and facilitate approach, experimenting to validate hypotheses and find suitable solutions

Product knowledge:

you'll have to do a fair amount of handover coordination in the early stages to deepen your current products knowledge and then explore business and user needs to refine the product vision and set goals to achieve it

Planning, delivery, validation:

you'll need to prioritise work to maximise business value, apply agile principles pragmatically and collaborate with the team to ensure effective and efficient delivery, while mitigating risks and reducing dependencies

Stakeholders Management:

you'll deal with a broad set of stakeholders, with whom you'll have to collaborate and nurture trusted relationships to facilitate your team efforts to meet product goals and vision
