Senior Product Manager (processing)

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager in the Processing team at Enfuce, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the evolution of our core payment processing capabilities. This role sits at the core of our product development organization and directly contributes to Enfuce's mission of delivering resilient, scalable, and future-proof payment services to our customers. You'll be responsible for owning complex product areas with a high level of autonomy, identifying problems and opportunities with minimal guidance. You will collaborate across product development teams and other business units, connecting business strategy with technical execution to maximise impact. The role requires a blend of strategic vision, data-driven decision making, and hands-on product delivery, all while nurturing collaborative leadership within and beyond the team.

What you'll be doing:

Own the product strategy and execution within the Processing domain, aligning with Enfuce's business goals and customer needs. Identify and scope new opportunities proactively by working closely with engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders across functions. Lead cross-functional product development teams through discovery and delivery, ensuring successful product releases with measurable outcomes. Contribute to and challenge business strategy, using deep domain knowledge and commercial understanding to align product investments with broader KPIs. Create and validate business cases by triangulating data from diverse sources, producing pragmatic and risk-sensitive recommendations. Drive prioritisation frameworks and delivery planning that balance short-term delivery needs with long-term strategy, always focusing on delivering customer value. Build strong networks across the organisation to facilitate cross-domain collaboration and identify broader business opportunities.

What you'll bring:

5+ years of experience in product management involving cross-functional leadership and ownership of end-to-end product lifecycle. Experience in the payments, card issuing, or financial services domain particularly in card payment processing, transaction systems, or payment infrastructure. Experience working in high-growth or scale-up environments, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and regulated settings. Ability to independently identify high-impact problems and formulate strategic initiatives in complex, ambiguous environments. You understand and can articulate how product decisions affect domain-level and company-wide KPIs, linking them back to the broader business strategy. Advanced ability to collect, analyse and synthesise both quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions. Proven experience leading teams through influence rather than authority, comfortable navigating competing interests and driving alignment. Deep expertise in modern product management tools and techniques, from discovery to delivery. Able to mentor others and adapt frameworks to fit evolving needs. Clear, concise, and structured in both written and verbal communication, with an ability to tailor messaging across technical and business audiences.
