The role
Checkout.com is seeking a Sr Product Manager to join our Portals team, based in our London office.
The Portals team is responsible for simplifying payment operations by providing easy to use tools for real-time transaction handling, data analysis and enabling payment processing into their work flows and therefore allowing for a seamless experience.
You\'ll be responsible for conceptualizing, developing and executing data-driven products that empower our customers and drive their business growth.
You\'ll partner with engineering & design teams based in our London and Berlin offices, as well as key stakeholders across all Checkout.com offices.
Hybrid Working Model: All of our offices globally are onsite 3 times per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). We\'ve worked towards enabling teams to work collaboratively in the same space, while also being able to partner with colleagues globally. During your days at the office, we offer amazing snacks, breakfast, and lunch options in all of our locations.
How you\'ll make an impact

• Use research and data to discover opportunities to continuously improve the Checkout.com data product offering and experiences as part of the Dashboard as a single source for our customers to manage their business with the payments data they need.
• Identify market opportunities and leverage cutting-edge technology to create innovative data solutions that address customer needs.
• Craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps and seeing it through from concept to launch for our customers in all regions
• Prioritize for impact and work with our design and engineering teams to execute on new features to a high standard
• Partner with commercial and data teams to continuously enhance Checkout.com data product offerings based on our merchants needs

Qualifications

What we\'re looking for

• 5-7 or more years of product management experience
• You have a track record of breaking down complex problems, and of making decisions supported by data and judgment
• Experience building and leveraging APIs to integrate and enable user facing experiences.
• You find energy in working with customers to deeply understand their needs, and in building solutions that create value
• You thrive on collaboration and trust as a member of an impactful team
• Sufficient technical depth to collaborate with engineering teams on large-scale systems
• Fintech, Data Product or BI tool experience is a plus
