About the team and the role:

================================

Join eBay as a Senior Product Manager for Managed Shipping and help shape the future of global e-commerce. You'll develop and expand shipping solutions that streamline selling, improve safety, and increase profitability for millions of users globally. Working closely with logistics partners, regional leaders, and engineering teams, you'll transform complex delivery challenges into seamless customer experiences.

In this role, you'll drive cross-functional launches while owning and scaling eBay's orchestration layer for shipments -- the critical service that manages multi-leg journeys, package grouping, real-time updates, and will become the single source of truth for delivery status across eBay.

We're looking for an experienced product manager with solid technical proficiency, a focus on customer needs, and a history of making a difference. Be part of our team linking buyers and sellers globally to advance financial inclusivity.

What you will accomplish:

=============================

Own and evolve eBay's shipping orchestration layer

, defining the roadmap, vision, and technical direction for how multi-leg shipments, package routing, and order tracking are represented and integrated across buyer and seller experiences.

Collaborate deeply with engineering, design, and analytics teams

to design and scale platform services that power eBay's end-to-end shipping ecosystem.

Act as the domain expert for shipping status and post-order experiences

, shaping how shipping data is surfaced and consumed across eBay's marketplace.

Drive impact through data and experimentation

, using metrics, user insights, and testing to prioritize opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve reliability and clarity.

What you will bring:

========================

Strong technical fluency

-- ability to discuss system architecture, APIs, and data models expertly with engineers and translate complexity into clear product decisions.

Proven experience owning platform or infrastructure products

, ideally in large-scale or multi-stakeholder environments.

Analytical and strategic mindset

, with a track record of using data, experimentation, and customer feedback to drive measurable business outcomes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

, influencing cross-functional teams and aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
