Where You Fit In



We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused Product Manager to drive innovation across our core platform.
This role will work across various key capabilities within SugarCRM, supporting platform-wide innovations.
As a cross-functional leader, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and our customers to define and deliver high-impact features that drive customer retention, business growth, and platform stability.

This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Solihull location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Impact You Will Make:



Strategic Roadmap Ownership & Execution

Own, create, and maintain the product roadmap for platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with SugarCRM's strategic focus areas, customer needs, and business objectives. Drive roadmap transparency and alignment across internal teams by effectively communicating priorities, progress, and trade-offs. Ensure that all prioritized initiatives are clearly justified through the lens of customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Planning & Agile Execution

Lead planning efforts in parallel with execution, ensuring that long-term vision and near-term deliverables remain synchronized. Partner with Engineering and UX to develop, scope, and prioritize features that balance innovation, customer needs, and platform scalability. Manage an evolving backlog of features, enhancements, and technical improvements, balancing strategic bets with quick wins. Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from discovery and validation through delivery and post-launch iteration. Drive agile execution, ensuring features are well-defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently with high quality.

Customer & Data-Driven Decision Making

Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer insights, ensuring features address real pain points and deliver meaningful improvements. Define and track key success metrics (KPIs), leveraging data to inform prioritization and roadmap adjustments. Regularly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to validate product assumptions and iterate based on feedback.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

Align and collaborate with internal teams to drive seamless execution and market adoption. Advocate for continuous process improvement, helping the product development organization optimize efficiency and collaboration.

What You Will Bring:



5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully shipping B2B SaaS products. Experience working with CRM platforms, customer engagement tools, or workflow automation solutions. Strong understanding of product roadmap development, prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW), and agile methodologies. Ability to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution, ensuring continuous product progress while adapting to changing needs. Experience with analytics and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sugar Discover) is a strong plus. Strong technical acumen, including familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data models. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence without authority. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience working with CRM platforms. Background in data analytics, AI-driven automation, or workflow orchestration. Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
