We are now looking for a seasoned Product Manager to take the lead in shaping our portfolio of Projects capabilities in IFS Cloud, serving our customers in Construction, Engineering and Project Manufacturing - some of our most strategically important industry areas.

Key responsibilities




As part of the

Product Unit for Projects

,

People and Finance

you will:

Lead and represent industry voice

inside and outside IFS, bringing Construction & Engineering insight into R&D and executive strategy forums.

Drive the strategic product direction for Projects and/or

across the three Product Groups, aligning with the Program Management function to translate that strategy into delivery.

Own and evolve the roadmap

for Projects - from capital project delivery to field execution and lifecycle management.

Engage directly with customers and partners

, understanding their needs, uncovering innovation opportunities, and ensuring product-market fit.

Champion adoption of cutting-edge technology

, including AI and agentic capabilities, across our solutions - areas with strong demand from industry-leading customers.

Act as a thought leader

, representing IFS in customer and prospect conversations, industry events, and partner networks.

Balance vision and execution

, supporting teams through structured discovery, prioritization, and delivery to achieve measurable business outcomes.


Qualifications

Qualifications



Proven experience

as a Senior Product Manager or similar leadership role from Consulting, Sales etc. in enterprise software - ideally with direct ties to Construction, Engineering, or Projects industries.

Deep knowledge

of industry challenges, workflows, and digital transformation opportunities across the project and asset lifecycle.

Customer empathy and storytelling skills

, with experience engaging executives, end-users, and technical stakeholders alike.

Strategic mindset

, able to translate big-picture business objectives into product initiatives and executable plans.

Technical fluency

and comfort working with engineering, architecture, and AI/ML innovation - while not needing to be hands-on.

Collaborative leadership style

, influencing across cross-functional teams, geographies, and levels of the organization. Experience working in global, matrixed environments is a plus.
