About the Role
This is not your average product marketing role. As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll sit at the center of Nscale's mission to deliver the world's most advanced AI infrastructure and AI Cloud solutions. From bare metal and GPUs to model development and deployment, you'll own the messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution that shapes how governments, enterprises, and practitioners experience the frontier of AI. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Partner teams to bring clarity to a complex space, drive adoption across technical and executive audiences, and turn innovation into measurable business impact. Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine Nscale's Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across strategic verticals and AI use cases, ensuring tight alignment with Product and Sales.
Craft differentiated product positioning and messaging rooted in competitive research, market dynamics, and deep customer understanding -- and activate it across PR, website content, sales collateral, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
Drive the end-to-end GTM motion -- from messaging strategy to enablement -- ensuring consistency across touchpoints and coordination across functions.
Lead successful product and solution launches, owning cross-functional execution and establishing clear OKRs to measure adoption, revenue impact, and market traction.
Build GTM motions for technical practitioners focused on showcasing the latest tools in the Nscale platform leveraging content, video, influencer and community marketing
Provide the broader organization with data-driven insights and in-platform signals to inform product features and sales strategy and unlock net-new opportunities
Report on the business impact of launches and GTM initiatives, regularly communicating insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
Conduct win/loss analyses, field interviews, and buyer research to validate positioning and improve GTM strategy.
Source and elevate customer/user voices through stories, testimonials, and reference programs that build trust and drive social proof.
Equip Sales & Partner teams with high-impact collateral -- pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, customer stories, etc. -- tailored to each stage of the sales cycle.
Partner closely with Content, Social, Event and Demand Generation to activate narratives across campaigns and digital channels.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in product marketing or GTM strategy in B2B enterprise software, ideally in AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms.
Demonstrated success owning product launches with data-driven decision making and measurable business outcomes.
Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline, with the ability to align teams, manage timelines, and deliver results.
Proven ability to translate technical concepts into concise, compelling messaging for both technical and executive audiences.
Experience driving enablement programs that support long-cycle, complex enterprise deals.
Highly collaborative and comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
Bonus: Familiarity with fine-tuning, model inference, data privacy, or observability
