Role Summary

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will drive a technology-first, data-driven marketing engine that powers growth across QUOODA (compliance SaaS) and Ark Workplace Risk (risk and safety consultancy). This is not a traditional marketing role but driving towards Marketing 6.0: you will prioritise AI and automation over headcount, collaborating closely with the IT Director and CTO to embed smart systems that eliminate repetitive tasks and maximise strategic throughput.

Our ambition is clear: to operate a high-impact group-wide marketing function with just three marketing specialists, underpinned by intelligent tools and performance-led execution. You will be the operational linchpin--ensuring marketing delivery is lean, intelligent, and directly connected to revenue.

While this role is operationally rigorous, it also demands creative instinct. You will be expected to develop smart, differentiated ideas that capture audience attention and cut through noise--elevating the quality, tone, and impact of content and campaigns. You will lead the charge in making our messaging more engaging, relevant, and conversion-oriented, shaping how QUOODA and Ark are perceived by target buyers.

Rather than leading creative ideation independently, your strength lies in orchestrating and synthesising content through the brand lens created by internal subject matter experts and external partners. You will be accountable for ensuring consistent execution, precise targeting, and measurable ROI--while supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) success and new client acquisition through strategic ecosystem engagement.

Required Experience

Substantial experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, compliance, PropTech, or consulting environments. Deep understanding of HubSpot and campaign automation; capable of building and managing multi-touch sequences. Clear track record of tech-first thinking--applying AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or workflow automation in marketing. ABM practitioner--can segment, sequence, and close based on ICPs and firmographics. Strong stakeholder engagement--especially with tech, data, product, sales, and commercial leadership. Experience in PE-backed or hyper-growth environments preferred; understands cost-to-impact ratios. Capable of operating in lean teams with high output expectations.
