JOB TITLE: Senior Product Owner - Colleague Desktop Lab
LOCATION(S): Manchester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub mentioned above.
About this opportunity
At the heart of our transformation, the Colleague Channels Platform (CCP) powers the capabilities that enable Branch, Contact Centres, and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
We lead the delivery of programmes across Consumer Relationships and Consumer Lending, spanning multiple platform teams. CCP is a key enabler of our overall Consumer Relationships strategy. Our purpose is simple yet powerful: to help the business build deeper, more trusted relationships with customers by transforming our colleague channels.
We're modernising the final legacy monoliths--Multi Channel Architecture (MCA) and Personal Banking Servicing (PBS)--and reimagining the colleague desktop experience. This is a rare opportunity to lead a large, multi-disciplinary team and help build the servicing journeys of the future on a modern microservices architecture. It's also a chance to unlock the potential of AI across the Colleague Channels Platform!
This role puts you at the centre of one of the most transformative programmes in CCP. This isn't just about replacing old systems--it's about enabling smarter, faster, and more intuitive ways for colleagues to support customers. The work you lead will set the standards for intelligent automation, real-time decisioning, and seamless servicing.
Curious about how AI can change the way we work? Energised by simplifying complex journeys? Motivated by creating tools that empower thousands of colleagues every day? This could be the role for you!
