Your Impact

Maintain and organise a comprehensive product roadmap defined by Product Management for consolidation Features and Functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise consolidation features Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions Manage dependencies between consolidation projects and other initiatives Monitor team KPIs to measure the impact of development team efforts Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders Create internal and customer facing documentation and enablement assets

Qualifications

Extensive product management experience, with some experience focused on consolidation applications Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product management practices Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex system architectures into clear, actionable requirements for diverse stakeholders Experience with change management in enterprise environments Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills

Experience with enterprise architecture principles Background in Financial systems, Consolidation applications Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools Certification in Agile/Scrum frameworks (SAFe, CSPO, etc.)
