Job Description

We are looking for a

Senior Product Owner

to lead our product delivery function and ensure execution across the organisation is predictable, prioritised, and aligned with our strategic goals. This senior leadership role will own the product roadmap, champion delivery excellence, and foster cross-team collaboration to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers.







Key Responsibilities







Leadership & Team Development



Lead and grow the Product Organisation, including: + Product Owners across multiple platforms
+ Business Analysts supporting delivery
+ Design function, ensuring UX aligns with priorities
+ QA function, upholding quality standards
Build a high-performing, collaborative culture that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.





Roadmap & Portfolio Management



Own the

Group Product Roadmap

, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Drive portfolio-level prioritisation, balancing: + Commercial opportunities
+ Customer needs
+ Platform stability
Partner with Sales, Support, and Technology teams to triage and prioritise new demand and production issues. Lead cross-functional planning and capacity forecasting to ensure delivery is realistic and sustainable.





Process & Delivery Excellence



Own and continuously improve the product delivery process across teams. Collaborate with senior technology leaders to improve the SDLC and delivery practices. Continuously refine planning, prioritisation, and collaboration models. Act as the escalation point for major delivery blockers or conflicts.





Skills & Experience



Proven experience in senior product ownership or product delivery leadership in a technology-driven environment. Strong track record of managing product roadmaps, prioritisation, and cross-functional planning. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams (Product, Design, QA, Business Analysis). Deep understanding of delivery processes, SDLC, and agile methodologies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes.

Desirable:

Background in Structured Products or relevant Banking experience.

On-time delivery of roadmap commitments. Strong alignment of roadmap with strategic business objectives. Improved predictability of delivery timelines and capacity planning. Stakeholder satisfaction across business and technology teams. Continuous improvement in delivery processes and team performance.
