Job Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Senior Product Specialist to provide an outstanding customer experience during the vehicle handover. You will be the 'go to' on all Ford products and accompany the customer throughout the purchase with personal interaction, knowledge and the test drive. This position is offered on a full time, 40 hour, 5 day working week with a basic salary of

25,000 an OTE of 45,000

and a fantastic career path reporting to the Sales Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Once you have joined and been trained in the position you will be expected to demonstrate the following:


An ability to promote the Allen Motor Group brand and all the benefits that a customer will experience Showcasing a passion for the product and customer through the sharing of knowledge - in person, over the phone and virtually Providing an outstand customer handover experience Carrying out test drives Effectively managing an online diary system
