Role Overview




As a

Senior Product Systems Engineer

, you will play a pivotal role in the design and integration of advanced RF and Digital satellite communication products and sub-systems. Working across multiple technical disciplines including hardware, software and manufacturing, you will ensure seamless delivery of high-performance solutions from concept through deployment. This position combines technical expertise with leadership, focusing on guiding junior engineers and optimising processes to maintain efficiency and quality.

Key Accountabilities



Drive product development, ensuring projects align with business objectives and timelines Collaborate across RF, Digital, Electronics, Mechanical, PCB and Software teams Lead system integration and validation activities for complex products Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices Streamline workload management and champion process improvements Contribute to technology adoption and influence product strategy

Our ideal candidate




The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RF or Digital Electronics and a broad understanding of multidisciplinary system design. They will demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex product development cycles while supporting team growth and operational efficiency. Skilled in requirements capture, system-level decision-making and integration, they will act as a trusted technical authority across hardware, software and manufacturing domains.


Beyond technical capability, this individual will excel in leadership by coaching junior engineers, promoting collaboration and embedding best practices. They will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing innovation with structured processes to deliver high-quality solutions. Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability and familiarity with satellite communications technologies are essential.

Expertise in RF or Digital Electronics with multidisciplinary system design experience Skilled in requirements capture and system-level decision-making Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering talent Strong organisational skills for workload planning and process optimisation Effective communicator and problem solver
