30%

at just

5% of the cost

of traditional reinforcement. With commercial projects underway across the UK, Europe, and North America, we are scaling rapidly to meet global demand and accelerate the energy transition.

We are building a future where

hundreds to thousands of robots

operate worldwide, enabling smarter, more sustainable power systems by reducing losses, managing noise, and extending the lifespan of critical grid infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Production Engineer - Robotics

to lead and optimise the production of our next-generation robotic systems. You'll take ownership of production processes, supervise a growing assembly team, and ensure our robots are built to the highest standards--ready for field deployment.

The role will include production management, process improvement, compliance, and early-stage automation--scaling up from small batch prototyping to consistent, high-quality outputs. Oversee quality control (QC), end-of-line testing, and performance validation.

Automation & Tooling:

Identify opportunities for production automation and tooling improvements to streamline repetitive tasks.

Project Management:

Manage build schedules, coordinate with R&D and Operations, and deliver against tight project timelines.

Data Collection & Analysis:

Develop structured approaches to gather and analyse production data to inform engineering and business decisions.

Compliance:

Ensure all production activities meet relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Feedback to R&D:

Generate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to relay insights from production to product development teams.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date assembly guides, test protocols, build records, and process documentation.

Field Readiness:

Support final integration and occasionally assist in field deployment and commissioning.
