We are seeking to recruit a
Senior Production Operations Manager
to oversee and manage the day-to-day running of our busy manufacturing facilities at our sites in Leicester and London. The role will be based in Leicester, with regular travel to our site in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be expected to have:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within a manufacturing environment
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and health & safety compliance
Commercial awareness with experience in cost management and budgeting
Strong analytical ability to assess data, implement improvements, and drive efficiency

Job Summary
The Senior Production Operations Manager, based in Leicester, and with regular travel to the London manufacturing site, will play a critical role in ensuring that manufacturing operations run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position is integral to supporting business growth, delivering on production targets, and fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of production, from workforce planning, production planning and scheduling, to inventory management and reporting.
