Senior Program Manager, Marketing Innovation Are you the catalyst to orchestrate marketing innovation? As Senior Program Manager, you\'ll find harmony in the innovation process to identify the highest-value experiments and ensure they\'re executed to the highest standard, scaling the learning globally. Core Responsibilities A meaningful role in supporting the execution of the Experimentation@Scale program helps us take great ideas and turn them into structured experiments that become innovative, consistent, measurable steps moving the brand and business forward. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead analytical coordination, risk mitigation, process optimisation, and financial reporting, ensuring we meet our ambitious marketing experimentation objectives. Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operational management of the Experimentation@Scale program and marketing experiment governance process, ensuring operational rigour and adherence to timelines and major milestones.
Analytical Coordination
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to track and coordinate experiments, ensuring thorough analysis reporting on outcomes and financial implications.
Risk Management and Mitigation
  • Proactively identify operational and financial risks, devise and implement mitigation strategies, and coordinate with internal collaborators to manage issues as they arise.
Vendor Management and Optimisation
  • Maintain and optimise vendor relationships, ensuring external partners (such as our media agency and measurement tool providers) deliver on the strategic needs of the program.
Process Optimisation and Best Practices
  • Apply key findings from business consultancy to refine operational processes, maximising efficiency and driving continuous improvement in the program\'s performance.
Performance Tracking and Financial Reporting
  • Implement robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, evaluating program and individual experiments\xe2\x80\x99 performance and the financial impact of scaling winning tactics.
Cross-program support
  • Provide robust support to the Experimentation@Scale initiative and the broader Marketing Innovation Governance of other marketing experiment activities, ensuring a cohesive approach and shared methodologies.

The team ensures that each marketing experiment and pilot is an innovative, consistent, measurable step towards significant market impact. On this journey, you\'ll lead the operational excellence, collaborating with local marketers, performance analysts and channel experts to evaluate and guide each experiment. Ultimately aligning with global standards and our strategic vision. Do you have what it takes?
  • Experience in a business consultancy or similar role, with a proven track record in program management
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, experience working in the agile method and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrable expertise in using ROI measurement and financial reporting to drive business decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in extracting insights from data and translating them into actionable operational improvements.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and teams.
