We're looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Programme Manager to join the leadership team of our newly formed Housing People Services department. This pivotal role will help deliver the council's vision for a fair and inclusive city, supporting our Homes for Everyone strategy and our ambition to create a better Brighton & Hove for all.

About the role
As Senior Programme Manager, you will help tackle some of the city's most complex challenges, including homelessness, rough sleeping, and the rising cost of temporary accommodation. Directly you will:

• Lead a portfolio of high-impact programmes focused on service transformation and financial sustainability.
• Drive governance, risk management, and benefits realisation across multiple projects.
• Champion creativity and innovation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging new ideas, and applying fresh approaches
