Vacancy - Senior Programme Manager - Technology and Transformation

Your role
Reporting to our Technology Transformation Director, you will build, coach and develop a new team to oversee the delivery of high impact programmes across our Technology and Transformation portfolio. You will identify, assess and mitigate programme level risks, issues and dependencies, acting as a senior point of escalation across the portfolio and working closely with the PMO to track delivery performance.
You will drive the implementation of new technologies while standardising systems and processes across our Group. You will scope and lead strategic or complex programmes, engaging and working collaboratively with a diverse range of cross functional stakeholders to shape outcomes and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
You will:
Be an experienced programme manager with extensive experience in programme and project delivery, ideally within technology, automation or transformation environments;
Have the proven ability to lead and mentor project teams, with a strong track record of building delivery capability;
Be skilled in managing large, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups;
Be comfortable switching between strategic oversight and hands-on delivery as needed;
Have strong commercial and business acumen, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and third-party relationships;
Be a confident communicator and influencer at all levels, including executive and board level, to facilitate effective change;
Have a deep understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and governance processes;
Relevant certifications such as MSP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum are desirable
Have exposure to operational technology e.g. IoT, automation, Terminal Operating Systems.
