A widely-published design studio is looking for a technically-minded Senior Architect to join their team. You will be working on an exciting mixed-use project in Central London. The role would suit a well-rounded Project Architect, with multiple years\' of professional experience at a reputable design practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client meetings, DTMs and workshops. Prepare details and construction drawings. Carry out site inspections and prepare project reports. Liaise with consultants and contractors. Communicate design issues and solutions directly to client. Oversee and mentor project team members. Skills & Experience
ARB registered architect with multiple years of experience. Ideally experience in high end residential layouts at RIBA stage 4 and 5. Proven site experience, working with contractors and subcontractors. Project lead and onsite experience ideally to oversee the admin part of the project, run client meetings and DTMs, minutes, chase actions, etc. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel. Ability to manage workloads under time pressure. Experience in contract administration.
