We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Senior Project Controller

to join our growing PMO team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting successful project delivery across our business - driving performance, improving processes, and ensuring strong project controls on some of our most complex and high-impact projects.

What you'll be doing




You will take a lead role in ensuring our projects stay on track, delivering high-quality financial and performance insights. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Project Controllers Providing financial control across large, complex projects, including using

Earned Value Management

Building strong working relationships with project teams to influence project activities Preparing and presenting performance reports to leadership and stakeholders Driving improvements in project control processes, policies, and procedures Supporting the Head of PMO with strategic initiatives to enhance project performance

What we're looking for



Essential:



Degree in Project Management, Business Management or related field Strong expertise in project controls Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work from the office part of the week

Desirable:



Project management qualification (Prince2, APM, PMP)
