We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate complex projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. The Senior Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving project success through effective stakeholder engagement and utilisation of advanced project management tools.
Responsibilities
Assist the Project and Site Managers in planning and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes, ensure timely delivery of objectives, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Track project progress and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Identify potential issues or delays and escalate as needed
Gather and analyse project requirements, translating them into actionable plans aligned with organisational goals.
Ensure all project tasks meet quality and compliance standards
Utilise project management software such as Microsoft, Word, Excel to develop schedules, track progress, and report on key metrics.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify potential risks or issues early, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain comprehensive documentation within Content Management Systems and Project Server for transparency and audit purposes.
Support product development initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines
Experience
Proven supervising experience in a project coordination or management capacity within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrable expertise in requirements gathering, data analysis skills, and root cause analysis techniques.
Extensive knowledge of project management software including Microsoft Office, SharePoint and other related software.
Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams across multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills
