'We are seeking a dedicated Senior Project Coordinator to join our team in Cambuslang. In this role, you will oversee various home improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.'

'Responsibilities'

Coordinate and manage multiple home improvement projects from initiation to completion.

Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to meet company standards. Conduct root cause analysis for project issues and implement effective solutions. Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project to track milestones. Lead and supervise project teams to foster a productive work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.'

'Qualifications'

Proven supervising experience in a project environment.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Effective communication skills. Experience with requirements gathering and data analysis. Knowledge of ERP systems is advantageous but not essential. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.'
