We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer - MEP to join our Building Services team in London.



Working as Senior Project Engineer - MEP you will report to the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, working within the Skanska JV project team, within a large scale multi-disciplinary commercial project, manage effectively and professionally, the specific MEP scope discipline including, design & engineering, coordination, overseeing the development of the 3D model and drawings to construction and as built status, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and project handover ensuring delivery to design, construction and key commissioning milestones.



What you'll do:



A solid career path in MEP project engineering which demonstrates steady progression through loyalty and commitment is a fundamental requirement. Candidate would be ideally conversant with both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines, however, as minimum should be strong in either an Electrical or Mechanical discipline. A collaborator who can working on their own and as part of the larger project team. Has excellent organisation skills with a strong diligence. Is a good communicator both with the team he / she is working with, design team, and with his / her supply chain. Able to make sound decisions quickly and decisively for the work package he / she is responsible for. A person who is commercially and contractually astute would be preferred.

What you'll bring to the role:





Demonstrable solid experience in a project engineering role on similar MEP Projects. Experience in the Large Commercial office sector market is preferable. Experience in process management, to defined timescales. Demonstrate competence in the use of software such Navis Works, Revizto, Asite, Amtech etc.
