About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team here at FBC UK on a 12 month FTC to effectively and professionally project manage allocated projects for FBC brands and the wider Ferrero Ecosytem, to deliver the business strategy and targets.
This role will be responsible for managing allocated projects and programme through cross functional teams across the business, on time, in full and to the agreed costs. This will also include leading the delivery through revised and consistent ways of working as part of the project management function and best practice resulting in excellent execution.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the team deliver against and champion the ways of workings.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of programmes and projects within your area.
Management of programme / project reporting and communication across the business.
Responsible for prioritisation, resourcing, resolution / escalation of issues for projects allocated to the branded team.
Providing progress reviews, early identification of problems and solutions.
Provide direction and support to the team.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against key product and pack change projects of high complexity
Disciplined project management approach to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of resource allocation.
Plan and schedule programme and project timelines, tracking of project deliverables and quality assurance to agreed action standards.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure flow of communications to key stakeholders.

Who we are looking for
Degree educated or equivalent experience
Project Management qualification desirable (or at least 5 years in an FMCG PM role)
Relevant project management experience gained within an FMCG manufacturing business.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross functional, key business projects or initiatives.
Excel, Database and MS Project (or equivalent) experience
Strong project management skills.
