Role:

As SPM at The Pharm, you will be responsible for making things happen. You will be a vital member of the team who is involve from brief, right through to execution and a campaign going live. You are a detail orientated person who is experienced in managing integrated projects with medium-large scale productions and multiple layers of complexity. You are a calm and adaptable person who is able to independently prioritise, and thrives off challenges.

Essential Duties:

Responsibility:

  • Key driver of end to end project cycle from brief, to strategy, to creative development and finally production and supply.
  • Owner and author of project documentation including SoW, integrated timing plans, budgets.
  • Drives delivery process including the coordination of our production partners in managing project plan including:
  • Briefings.
  • Timings.
  • Resourcing.
  • PPMs.
  • Budgets.
  • Reconciliations.
  • Runs production status with client and acts as the first point of contact for all production queries.
  • Asset management ownership \xe2\x80\x93 sourcing, organising and sharing assets as required.
Communication:
  • Be the go-to person on your projects for colleagues and client, who knows exactly where in the process we are and the next steps.
  • Act as a central point for the integration of PR and Media into shared project planning.
  • Ensures that meetings are pre-scheduled mapping to timings with agendas, and key actions identified in a follow up.
  • Can identify when issues need to be escalated ensuring that stakeholders are pre-warned in a timely manner to allow for problem solving.
Creative Partnership:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to shape and craft the creative idea into reality.
  • Champion creative and push the craft levels with each and every campaign.
  • Passionate and curious about production trends and talent.
  • Run post initiative wash up sessions looking for opportunities to optimise process and raise the bar on creativity.
We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in end to end integrated project management.
  • Strong experience in production across TV, Film, Social, Digital and Print.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Ability to pivot and adjust quickly.
  • Passion for beautiful creative and an ambition to grow and develop.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Conscientious, and real team player.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
We Would Love If You Had:
  • 4+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience working independently and self-managing projects supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in retail.
