Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on an exciting and complex project in the Middle East. This role is client-facing and requires someone with proven ability to manage stakeholders and expectations in the region, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases.
The Role

• Lead one or more architectural projects from concept through completion.
• Act as the main client interface, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedules, and consultant coordination.
• Oversee construction administration and ensure design intent is delivered.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
• Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Solid project management experience in the Middle East is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
• Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure); NCARB certification desirable.
• Strong understanding of BIM, sustainability, and integrated design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Package & Details

• Salary: c.70,000 - 85,000+
• Start date: Urgent need, but flexible for notice periods
