Project Manager

to join our team in Basildon, Essex, and lead these high-profile projects.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and motivated professional to be a key player in our success. You'll be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource allocation to on-site delivery and stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Build relationships:

Forge strong connections with clients, colleagues, contractors, and all project stakeholders.

Lead project delivery:

Create and maintain project plans, lead meetings, and ensure all partners are on track and delivering to the plan.

Manage resources:

Mobilize and efficiently manage all resources, including on-site workers and external teams.

Oversee finances:

Contribute to accurate cost estimates and manage project variations, ensuring projects stay on budget.

Report on progress:

Provide regular, accurate reports on performance, contractual status, and commercial position.

What You'll Bring

A knack for collaboration and a strong networker. Experience in mechanical or electrical services engineering projects is a plus, but not essential. A relevant qualification is preferred, but we're most interested in your proven project management skills. At least one year of project management experience is preferred.

Basildon, Essex (with some travel to client sites).

Job Type:

Salary:

65,000 - 75,000 per year, depending on experience.
