Overview:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex medium to large-scale projects across Digital, IT, Data, or business transformation domains. This role involves managing resources, schedules, budgets, and ensuring adherence to project governance and control frameworks. The successful candidate will be accountable for identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and managing change requests to ensure timely and successful project delivery.



We are looking for 3 Senior Project Managers that span across various client streams.



1 - Technical Infrastructure Project Manager - Network and Data Centre
1 - Technical Project Manager - Oracle Networking System Upgrade

1 - Senior Project Manager - Asset Management (Maximo, Copperleaf, NMS), ERP Implentation
Responsibilities:
Plan and design projects, proactively monitor progress, and initiate corrective actions as needed. Manage project budgets, track actual and forecasted expenditures, and report to programme management. Oversee third-party suppliers and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfilment of obligations. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and delivery partners. Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes. Operate change control processes throughout the project lifecycle. Track and report interdependencies with other projects and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Ensure appropriate resourcing to meet project delivery plans. Provide regular progress updates through highlight reports and other agreed reporting mechanisms

Qualifications:
Desirable Certifications: MAPM, Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2

Essential skills:
Proven track record of successful project delivery using PRINCE2 or similar methodologies, with extensive experience in Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall. Strong leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Skilled in directing multidisciplinary teams within matrix organisational structures. Proficient in resource management and forecasting. Strong risk and issue management capabilities, including problem-solving and mitigation strategies. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and client teams.

Desired skills:

Networking:

design, deployment, troubleshooting of LAN/WAN, VPNs, routing and switching

Data centre

: provisioning, migrations, capacity planning, vendor management

SCADA and OT systems

: operational knowledge and integration with IT systems

Oracle Network Management System (NMS)

: upgrades and lifecycle management

Asset management and ERP

: hands-on experience with Maximo, Copperleaf, NMS, and ERP implementations

Security and compliance

: secure architecture, change control, and utilities-regulatory considerations

Experience:
Extensive knowledge of public sector framework contracts (e.g., Crown Commercial Services). Extensive previous of experience delivering complex projects in large or medium-sized organisations. Experience managing large budgets and forecasting. Experience working within structured PMO environments and applying defined processes. Well-versed in the technology sector. Strong backround in service/contract management of high-value, complex agreements. ITIL v3 or v4 certification.
