Salary:

75,000 - 90,000 + Excellent Bonus Package We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-value programmes within the defence and engineering sectors. Based in our central Bristol office, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering mission-critical outcomes for our customers, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, governance, and commercial performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders Deliver projects to agreed baselines across time, cost, quality, cash, and customer satisfaction Apply governance across lifecycle, sales, and delivery, including independent reviews Drive business development: identify, qualify, and deliver customer solutions Lead negotiation, conflict resolution, and team management activities

Essential experience of the Project Manager:

Knowledge of MoD project and procurement processes Change management experience Strong customer relationship skills Reporting to the customer and business Risk management and financial reporting Previous experience managing maritime or defence projects Exposure to capture and bidding in a previous role Experience managing a team of 10+ people

Essential qualifications for the Project Manager:

APM qualified or another comparable PM qualification The successful candidate must be willing to undergo SC Clearance
