Stantec is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Business Business Systems Delivery team. With exciting growth plans in place, this is a great opportunity to play a key role in our expansion. This role can be based in any of our UK offices.

As the Project Manager - Business Systems Delivery you will be responsible for project managing business process improvement and system initiatives through the entire project lifecycle in accordance with our Solution Delivery and PMO Frameworks. In addition to managing corporate initiatives, you will also be responsible for coordinating regional rollouts of corporate initiatives and being a regional liaison to UK stakeholders for the team.

Your main tasks will be managing one or more projects of various sizes, creating and maintaining appropriate project management documentation and administering project collaboration sites. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans in collaboration with the Functional and Technical Leads and ensuring the project is appropriately resourced. You will identify, track, and manage project issues to resolution, monitor and track project risks and appropriately mitigate and/or develop contingency plans.

You will lead project team meetings to review status, priorities, roadblocks, etc., track progress and provide status updates to project stakeholders. You will work with the Business Change Management Lead to ensure successful business deployment, rollout, and support of the solution while adhering to IT policies in support of ISO and SOX compliancy.

ABOUT YOU

You will be experienced managing projects involving ERP system implementations/enhancements/upgrades, business process management, packaged or cloud implementations, business intelligence, and custom solutions.

You will also have the necessary skills and experience to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders where you will be working closely with clients, and other professional staff across multi-disciplinary business groups.

You will also have the following:

Experience performing business analysis to gather requirements and provide direction to technical experts

Strong working knowledge of MS Project

Exceptional organizational skills; this position requires the ability to manage more than one project assignment at any one time

Agile project management experience

Project management certification (PMP) - Preferable

Agile project management certification - Preferable

Oracle e-Business Suite experience - Preferable
