Senior Project Manager Construction Consultancy
Job Description
A larger Building Consultancy with offices throughout the UK is now looking for a passionate and focused Senior Project Manager to join their growing Manchester office.
The Senior Project Manager\'s Role
In this role, the Senior Project Manager will establish strong communication with existing and new clients and oversee the preparation and administration of contracts, with a strong focus on the NEC form of contract.
The Senior Project Manager can expect to work more predominantly within Local Authority schemes, with a number of projects scheduled commence within the next few months.
Senior Project Manager Requirements
- Significant experience within Construction Consultancy as a Project Manager
- An in-depth understanding of NEC contracts
- Ideally hold RICS, APM, or CIOB accreditation
- Prior experience in the delivery of Public Sector projects
- Strong client-facing ability and commercial awareness
- Ability to lead and support more junior members of a team
- \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa365,000 per annum (experience dependent)
