Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager? Are you between assignments and looking for a placement?
We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to deliver the Shirehall and HMAG capital projects on behalf of Herefordshire Council. This high-profile role requires proven experience in managing large, complex construction projects, ideally with heritage buildings, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and funding groups.
Duties and responsibility to include:

Leading project delivery, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and high-quality outcomes.
To act as the Council's representative with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage heritage-specific requirements and compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide clear updates and reports to the Council and funding partners.

Candidate qualities:

Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
Heritage building project experience highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Relevant construction-related qualifications preferred.

This is being recruited on a FTC basis, project term to be 26 weeks.
Working hours Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, total 37 hours per week.
Paid on an hourly basis, 67.71 per hour.
