DEVELECO is looking to bring an experienced Senior Project Manager onboard to join their growing team!

About the Company

As a surveying practice, DEVELECO offer Project Management and Quantity Surveying services, and have in-house energy modelling capabilities. They are an RICS Regulated Firm, experienced in delivering complex commercial projects in accordance with strict briefing requirements. They understand how to effectively hold contractors accountable, ensuring mutual respect and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. DEVELECO is a growing company looking to onboard the best of the best! As the business grows, they are working on projects with values between 7 million -30 million!

Key responsibilities:

Lead multiple projects from inception through to completion, including feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover. Prepare and manage project programmes, identifying critical path activities and proactively addressing delays and risks. Administer building contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC) including instructions, valuations, early warnings, compensation events, and practical completion processes. Monitor construction quality, compliance and progress on site, coordinating input from technical specialists (including MEP, energy and sustainability teams). Coordinate statutory approvals and compliance, including building control, fire safety, building regulations and other regulatory gateways as required.

The Successful Candidate Should Have / Be:

3+ years

of Project Management experience at a Senior Level in Consultancy

Experience

in residential works would be beneficial

Experience

in managing and foster existing client relationships

Experience

working alongside professional teams, including engineers, architects, cost consultants, and energy and sustainability specialists.
