The position



Joining our team of professional Senior Project Managers you'll help us enhance the services we offer our community. Through the enhancement of digital services, optimization of work practices, and delivery against our BEST programme objectives, you'll help us realise our vision. We're not just looking to meet the needs of our residents, we want to exceed them.

Your main responsibilities will be to

Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion

Develop project delivery plans and manage resources effectively

Coordinate internal teams and key stakeholders to promote seamless communication and alignment

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Adhere to project scope, quality standards, and ensure on time delivery

Qualifications



To be successful in this role you'll have applied experience in most of the following areas:

Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget Experience of project management systems (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Trello) Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex project requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to foster collaboration across all levels of organisation Project Management accreditation (e.g. Prince2, PMP, APM) or degree in related subject
On a personal level you are highly organised and results orientated individual. You are able to effortlessly engage others building trust and rapport. You thrive working in an agile way, foreseeing potential issues and creatively navigating barriers to delivery.
