As a (Senior) Project Manager, you'll join a highly experienced team known for its delivery strength and collaborative culture. About the role

Plan, execute and lead complex, cross-functional projects across multiple RWEST locations Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and resources - with a strong grasp of both high-level goals and operational detail Lead workshops, prepare decision documents and support steering committees and sponsors with actionable insights Coordinate across business units and corporate functions, ensuring alignment and cohesive progress Drive project communication in a global, cross-cultural setting Ensure a smooth transition from (new) business projects to business-as-usual at project completion

Job requirements and experiences

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders Analytical thinking, paired with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset Fluent in English; willingness to travel occasionally An open and curious mindset, paired with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative spirit The ability to zoom in on details when needed, without losing sight of the bigger picture Motivation to create lasting impact in a fast-paced, international environment Experience in coordinating or managing projects

Advantageous, but not essential

Familiarity with project management concepts and tools Experience in operational or commercial functions within a (energy) trading environment
