Deliver the Shirehall and HMAG capital projects on behalf of Herefordshire Council.
Manage and oversee large, complex construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and funding groups to align project goals and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly in projects involving heritage buildings.
Provide regular updates and reports to the council and other relevant parties.
Person Specifications
Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
Background in heritage buildings projects is highly desirable.
Relevant construction-related qualifications are preferred.
Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders and funding groups effectively.
Strong leadership and communication skills to direct project teams and liaise with external partners.
