Project Manager - Industrial Development

London (Hybrid: 4 days office/site, 1 day WFH)




Madison Berkeley are delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate developer and investment manager to appoint a Project Manager to join their London team. The business has an exceptional track record in delivering high-quality industrial schemes across the UK and Europe, with a strong pipeline of projects at various stages of development.

The Role

Support development colleagues on all construction and technical aspects of acquisitions. Lead on project delivery from site acquisition through to completion (RIBA 1-7). Coordinate external consultants to secure planning and technical consents. Prepare tender documentation and oversee procurement. Administer construction contracts and manage agreements with occupiers and partners. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with sustainability goals.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing new-build industrial developments. Strong understanding of the development process and construction methods. MRICS (or similar professional qualification) preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead external consultants and contractors while collaborating with internal teams.
