Job Description

On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure/Building Refurb (Inside IR35) for an 18 month contract. This is a hybrid working role (three days per week onsite - Aldermaston)

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role, as a minimum you must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks. Please note, due to the exceptional requirements of this position (short-term nature of this role and speed at which we require a postholder in situ) preference may be given to candidates who meet all of the essential criteria and hold active security clearance.



As a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure/Building Refurb, your main responsibilities will be to:



Lead project planning, including risk and opportunity identification and mitigation, and budgetary forecasting. Lead the on time and on cost delivery of assigned projects. Proper reporting, in accordance with the AWE and Programme Governance Cycle. Management (tasking) of assigned project resources (people and money). Initiate, lead and support change in accordance with AWE processes. Stakeholder engagement and management.

Essential:

Extensive end to end Project Management experience Experience within Infrastructure/Building Refurbishments Stakeholder engagement experience
