The Job

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll spearhead the delivery of our super-prime residential projects in Central London, managing multi-million-pound refurbishments and new builds with contract values from 5-50m. You'll collaborate with ultra-high-net-worth clients, world-class architects, and consultants, ensuring impeccable execution while positioning yourself for rapid progression to Project Director.

What You'll Do:

Lead full project lifecycles, from feasibility and design to handover, delivering on time and on budget Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and their representatives Coordinate top-tier teams of subcontractors, consultants, and designers to achieve unmatched quality Drive cost, resource, and timeline agreements, upholding our exceptional standards Proactively manage risks, variations, and compliance with contracts and regulations Mentor junior team members and contribute to high-level project strategy Deliver projects poised for industry acclaim and recognition

Who You Are

We're seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Project Manager with a passion for super-prime residential projects and the ambition to become a Project Director or Associate Director at rapid pace.

Must-Haves:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 5+ years' experience managing super-prime residential refurbishments or new builds in Central London Proven success delivering projects valued 5m+ for high-end clients Mastery of contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta) Outstanding leadership, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills Sharp commercial insight and risk management expertise Hunger to fast-track into a Project Director role

Nice-to-Haves:

Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, or equivalent) Experience with listed buildings or heritage properties Familiarity with BIM or sustainable luxury construction practices
