Salary:
60,000 - 80,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role:
NuTrade Recruitment working with a leading national contractor in the quarry sector who is looking for a Senior Project & Maintenance Manager to join their team and help grow their business across Great Britain.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage a team of site electricians
Work closely with the Head Office Projects team for smooth operations
Be the main point of contact for customers on assigned projects
Deliver projects on time and within budget, both onsite and from the office
Plan logistics, materials, and storage for projects
Build strong customer relationships to secure future work
Support customers during breakdowns with quick solutions
Develop preventative maintenance programs for new and existing customers
Help with project estimates and manage any changes or extra costs
Assist in recruiting and supporting the team
Communicate regularly with your team about projects and customer needs
Ensure projects close out successfully and customers are happy
Maintain professional, clear communication with all stakeholders
Provide technical support when needed
Follow all electrical standards (BS7671) and keep work areas tidy
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Work with Health & Safety officers to ensure safe working practices
Communicate safety procedures to all engineers on site
Follow all legal health & safety regulations and company policies
Make sure all equipment and plant are safe to use
Report accidents or near misses promptly
Promote a safe work environment everywhere you work
Other Responsibilities:
Record your hours accurately and submit timesheets on time
Complete all required documentation properly
Follow company vehicle policies
Book annual leave in advance
Take care of your uniform and PPE, and request replacements if needed
Help with any other tasks your manager asks for

Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
Track budgets, including labour and subcontractor costs
Build and maintain strong relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident with administration and project management
Quality-focused and detail-oriented
Work well under tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good presentation skills
