What you'll be doing

Drive the successful delivery of major highways projects from planning through to completion. Manage end-to-end project activities, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional engagement and satisfaction. Oversee financial performance, meeting profit and margin targets. Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices across all project phases.

Who we're looking for

A proven leader with experience managing large-scale highways projects. Strong people management skills - able to inspire and get the best out of your team. Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of highways management, operations, and tender processes. Ideally, a Chartered Civil Engineer (desirable but not essential).

Skills & Experience

Significant contract management experience in civil engineering or construction. Full UK driving licence. Confident communicator with strong organisational and writing skills. PC literate with MS Office proficiency.
