We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (Vertical Transportation) to join our Building team in London.

What you'll do:



Lead the VT package delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met. Maintain a strong focus on installation quality and statutory compliance throughout the lift package lifecycle. Drive the specification, tendering, and procurement of lift systems in collaboration with the project team and supply chain. Arrange and conduct off-site inspections, mock-ups, benchmarks, and sampling in collaboration with consultants and client teams

What you'll bring to the role:



Demonstrable experience delivering lift/VT packages in a senior management capacity, ideally within a Tier 1 contractor setting. A deep technical understanding of lift design, installation, and commissioning, including statutory requirements and British Standards. Strong commercial awareness and programme planning capabilities. Confident in client-facing and consultant coordination roles, with excellent communication skills. Comfortable managing specialist subcontractors and interfacing with the wider construction team to ensure seamless project delivery. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to build strong relationships with the supply chain team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
