We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex construction projects within our client\'s expanding team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering successful projects within the real estate sector. Your extensive expertise and leadership will contribute to the continued growth and success of our client\'s consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle for complex construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in all phases of the project, from feasibility studies and design to procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of the real estate side of the built environment to address project complexities and provide innovative solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report to senior management.
  • Manage project budgets and financial aspects to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a Senior Project Manager role within a UK-based construction consultancy, specializing in the real estate sector.
  • Essential experience in CA (Contract Administration) and EA (Employer\'s Agent) roles.
  • Highly desirable qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM.
  • Strong understanding of construction industry best practices and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
