Lead the delivery of major healthcare redevelopment and refurbishment schemes in London, typically between 50m-70m+, including estate redevelopments, major extensions, and portions of new build within live healthcare environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead large-scale healthcare projects (50m+), acting as client-facing Account Lead Build and maintain trusted relationships with NHS Trusts and healthcare stakeholders Manage and mentor Project Managers within the team Administer both NEC and JCT contracts Chair progress meetings and report on project performance Oversee procurement, risk management, and financial control of projects Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards
Requirements:

Proven experience delivering major healthcare projects (redevelopment, refurbishment, or new build) Strong consultancy or client-side background (contractor-only experience less preferred) Hands-on experience administering NEC contracts (essential) and JCT (desirable) Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to lead client accounts Track record of managing teams or mentoring PMs Professional qualification (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) desirable but not essential
Other Information:

Hybrid working: typically 1-2 days/week at client offices, 1-2 days/week at central London HQ, remainder from home Opportunity to work on high-profile NHS Trust projects with long-term pipeline security Clear career progression and development within a supportive consultancy team
